🚀 Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Open Everland and tap Get Started. You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Sign in with Apple for a quick, password-free setup.
How do I add my child's profile?
After completing the parent questionnaire, tap Add Child and enter their first name, age, and choose their adventure character. You can add multiple children to one account.
Can I use Everland on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any iOS device and your family's progress, routines, and XP will sync automatically via the cloud.
📋 Routines & Tasks
How do I customise the morning routine?
Go to Settings → Routine to add, remove, or reorder tasks. You can also set your family's wake-up time to schedule when reminders appear.
My child completed a task but didn't get XP — what happened?
XP is awarded when a task is marked complete inside the app. Make sure you tap the checkmark on each task. If XP still doesn't appear, try closing and reopening the app.
Can I reset a child's progress?
Yes. Go to Settings → Child Profile → Reset Progress. This clears XP, levels, and badges for that child. This action cannot be undone.
🔐 Account & Data
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you signed up with Apple, password management is handled through your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all child profiles, and associated data from our servers within 30 days.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We never share child data with third parties. Child profiles are only accessible through your parent account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
🧒 Kid Mode
How does Kid Mode work?
Kid Mode is a locked, child-safe view of the app where your child can see and complete their tasks. Parents unlock it with Face ID or their parental PIN.
My child is stuck in Kid Mode — how do I get back?
Use Face ID or tap Parent Access and enter your 4-digit PIN. If you've forgotten your PIN, go to Settings and reset it using your account password.
🛠️ Technical Issues
The app won't sync across my devices.
Make sure both devices are signed into the same account and have an active internet connection. Pull down on the home screen to force a sync. If the issue persists, sign out and back in.
Everland is crashing or freezing.
Try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, restart your device. Ensure you're running the latest version of Everland from the App Store.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for Everland in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Everland. Also confirm your routine wake-up time is set in the app.
